Our client is an energetic and customer-focused online retail business in Campbelltown, and we're looking for a capable, friendly, and organised Customer Service Officer/Administrator to join our team for a short-term role - and help us keep the wheels turning smoothly.
Duration: 6-7 weeks (starting within the next two weeks)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (38 hours/week)
Location: Office-based, Campbelltown
Key Responsibilities
- Answering customer enquiries via phone
* Processing returns and handling refunds
* Investigating and following up on missing deliveries
* Supporting general office administration
* Assisting with weekly data and reporting
We're Looking for Someone Who...
- Has previous office-based experience
* Communicates confidently and professionally over the phone
* Is proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
* Stays calm under pressure and solves problems with a smile
