We are seeking an Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

The position will include installing:

- Epoxy Coatings
- Epoxy Mortar Screeds and Coving
- Vinyl Flake Systems
- Polyurethane Cement Flooring
- ESD Flooring

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for epoxy application, including cleaning, grinding, and repairing as needed.

Mix and apply epoxy materials according to specifications.

Ensure proper curing and finishing of epoxy floors.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in flooring/construction trade is essential.

Knowledge of flooring materials, tools, and techniques is advantageous.

Construction safety white card (we can assist with obtaining this)

Police check and working with children card are required for a number of our jobs.

Reliable and hard working.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

The available position is casual with the potential for fulltime employment after the probation period for the right candidate.

Out of hours and penalty rate work regularly available, including weekends.
