About the role

Savitar Installs' is seeking a reliable and skilled Furniture Installer to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Laverton North, VIC 3026, this role is responsible for the efficient and professional installation of a wide range of furniture products. As a Furniture Installer, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, seamless installation process.

What you'll be doing

Unpack, assemble and install a variety of furniture items, including desks, cabinets, shelving, and more

Liaise with customers to understand their specific requirements and preferences

Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard, meeting safety and quality standards

Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process

Maintain a clean and organised work area, disposing of any waste or packaging appropriately

Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture deliveries as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Furniture Installer or in a similar role within the trades and services industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high level of care and precision

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy furniture items

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation

A strong willingness to learn
