About the Role: Reporting to the Manager – Support Services, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of client programs, general administration, and supporting internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. You’ll also assist with event coordination and contribute to continuous improvement across work processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage client programs using CRM and project management tools
- Liaise with internal teams to support the delivery of assessment and consulting projects
- Maintain and refine administrative processes to enhance team efficiency
- Manage general office administration tasks
- Participate in client calls with consultants and project teams
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data storage requirements
- Provide support across additional projects as directed
- Handle inbound client queries via phone and email
- Assist in coordinating conferences and events

Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Qualification or relevant experience in business administration, office management or related discipline
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- High level of initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working in project-driven or professional services environments highly regarded
