We are seeking a Financial Analyst or Cost & Management Accountant for an established and successful engineering organisation located on the north side of Brisbane.

This role will support the CFO and will provide detailed analysis and reporting of manufacturing operations, such as:

Analysis of manufacturing costs: materials, labour, overheads

Variance analysis between standard and actual costs

Inventory management and reconciliations, including work in progress

Review of fixed assets

Procurement support, including review of bill of materials

Perform general analysis of sales and operational data

This role will suit a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience ideally within manufacturing/engineering or a similar production based environment. You will be driven and ambitious, with a degree in accounting and CPA/CIMA qualified or studying towards.
