• Salary guide: $65,000 – $70,000 + super (depending on experience)

Your normal day will involve:

• Running the floor during busy lunch and evening services (especially weekends)
• Supporting and motivating a young, energetic FOH crew
• Managing bookings, table plans, waitlists, and smooth guest flow
• Handling feedback and service challenges with a calm, friendly attitude
• Working closely with bar and kitchen teams for seamless communication
• Getting involved in training, light rostering, and team coordination
• Maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and compliance across the floor
