At Innovative Talent Group (ITG), we recruit across the real estate and property sectors throughout Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Tasmania. You’ll be working alongside experienced leaders and a passionate team that supports each other. What the role involves

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process across a mix of roles in real estate and property
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing talent through advertising, referrals, LinkedIn and direct outreach
• Screening and interviewing candidates and managing the recruitment workflow
• Organising virtual and face-to-face client meetings
• Working closely with the team to support our continued national growth

What we’re looking for

• Experience in recruitment is ideal, especially in real estate or property
• Or a background in sales, real estate, or client service with a desire to move into recruitment
• Confident and professional communicator
• Organised, proactive and self-motivated
• A genuine relationship builder who enjoys working with people
• Must have a current driver’s licence and your own car
