We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to add to our experienced team, focusing on Accounting with our portfolio of established clients.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at KeyMoves you will be responsible for the following:
- Specialising in the placement of accounting professionals within the professional services sector
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing prospective candidates using a range of search tools such as Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter and our company database
- Proactively headhunting prospective candidates
- Writing and posting job ads on Seek and LinkedIn
- Reviewing applications, phone screening and interviewing prospective candidates
- Managing client relationships with national and international practices
- Updating candidate information in our CRM (Vincere)
- Negotiating terms of business and salaries with new and existing clients

The Ideal background
Essential:
- At least 6 - 12 months experience in recruitment
- Ambitious, team-player and motivated to be successful in a rewarding career
- A people person with the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, influencing, and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and strong written skills.
- Resilient – Recruitment is a rewarding career but requires you to ride both the highs and lows!
- Proactivity - you get out what you put in! We are seeking Consultants who are driven and keen to succeed!
Desirable:
- External Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience working in a candidate short market
- Experience in professional services (accounting) recruitment
- Tech Savvy ideally including familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn and Vincere (or similar CRM)
- Experience with Boolean search methods.
- Previous experience working within a professional services (accounting) firm
