On the back of preferred agreements with some of Melbourne's largest and best known organisations, Core has grown quickly in Melbourne and is currently looking to hire our next generation of leaders, to help us double in size again.

With an initial focus on already existing relationships (local and national agreements), your role will have you dealing with large multinationals through to successful SMEs that underpin the current resilient recruitment market. Your remit will be large, with no geographic or salary boundaries and roles to fill from day one.

This is a position that will appeal to experienced consultants with a desire to work more autonomously with an organisation that provides truly flexible working conditions and well above market earning potential.

A background in recruiting within the Finance, HR, IT, Business Support industries will be considered advantageous but not essential.

Candidates would ideally have 3+ years' experience with a track record of billing in excess of $250k per annum.
