Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience for all clients

Managing front desk operations and coordinating appointments

Handling phone calls and responding to client inquiries

Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the team

Organising and prioritising daily activities to meet deadlines

Key Requirements:

Your own car and a current drivers license

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Positive attitude and excellent work ethics

Ability to prioritize tasks and work proactively

Exceptional organisational, time management skills, and attention to detail

Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain)

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
