About the role

We're looking for an experienced and personable Receptionist to join our team at Roller door fix' in Adelaide, SA. As the first point of contact for our clients, this full-time role will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of our busy office.

What you'll be doing

Answering and directing incoming calls

Answering emails and website enquires

Providing administrative support to the wider team as required

Scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar

Performing other general office duties as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within the administration or office support industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of clients and stakeholders

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail

Proficient in using standard office software and equipment

A friendly, helpful and customer-focused attitude

The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
