Key responsibilities

Experience in Australian migration particularly experience in preparing and lodging various types of visa applications

Draft comprehensive submissions and legal documents to support visa applications and appeals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin

The ability to be flexible and adapt to a busy workload and different deadlines

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case files, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirement

Stay informed about changes in immigration legislation and policy updates to ensure the delivery of high-quality and up-to-date services

Have spirit of teamwork

Represent the firm in a professional manner and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients and stakeholders

Essential Criteria

A Full time migration agent

Certification as a Migration Agent (MARA registration) would be a plus

Fluent in both Mandarin and English

Have Full Time working right in Australia, Australian PR or citizen would be better

Friendly, enthusiastic and extrovert personality

Can cooperate with colleagues across different departments
