About the Role

Kareena Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time night shift basis. You will report to the Nurse Unit Manager and work alongside a supportive team of nurses, medical professionals, and clinical support staff to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with our Ramsay core values.

Your Skills and Experience

You will be a positive and effective team player who brings excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.

You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years recent medical experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Understanding of scope of practice in line with relevant registration
• Ability to thrive in a varied and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environment.
• Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills.

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE $72,420.40- $101,704.72]

Kareena caters for a full range of specialties including cardiology, orthopaedics, general surgery, colorectal surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, general medicine, geriatric medicine, rehabilitation, gastroenterology, plastic surgery, ear, nose and throat surgery, urology, ophthalmology, paediatrics, respiratory medicine and vascular surgery. Radiology and pathology services are also available on site.

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
