About the opportunity
The Huon Valley is where heritage meets innovation. As our Manager Development Services, you'll lead a dynamic team that shapes our region's future while preserving its unique character. This is a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact in one of Tasmania's most distinctive areas.
You will be responsible for leading our Statutory Planning, Building and Plumbing regulation and compliance enforcement units. Your teams are technically skilled, and your focus will be on facilitating cross collaboration, developing strong stakeholder relations, integrating these functions into the Councils’ new Liveabilty Framework and fostering a positive and outcome-focused workplace culture.
