To be successful you will have the following:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on managing commercial, industrial, education or health projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, WHS regulations, and local compliance
• Proven ability to manage trades, drive programs, and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Ability to engage with subcontractors, consultants and clients and develop loyal and ongoing relationships.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A tertiary qualification in Building or similar; or relevant Trade background.

We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile commercial construction project in Rockhampton, QLD. This new training facility will support the growth of Queensland’s renewable energy workforce and is set to become a key piece of infrastructure in Central Queensland’s clean energy transition.

As the Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day site operations – managing subcontractors, overseeing safety and quality, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to spec. You’ll play a key role in bringing this high-profile build to life.
