With a strong pipeline of projects secured, we’re looking for a Site Manager to join the team and play a vital in role in the ongoing growth of the business.

The Role

• Programming and co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.
• Liaison with client ensuring successful delivery of project to schedule
• Management of the construction program and look aheads, reporting to the Project Manager
• Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
• Managing OHS compliance on site including site inductions
• Problem solving, proactive planning and forward thinking
• Driving progress and performance on site, support subbies to deliver work efficiently and effectively
• Management of costs and opportunities for value throughout the build

The Person

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on Townhouse projects
• Expertise in managing key targets of quality, safety, cost and time
• Able to schedule, coordinate and manage all site activities
• Key focus on sequencing of trades and ability to maintain progress and momentum as issues arise
• Relationship driven and ability to build rapport and trust with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and other internal staff
• Excellent work ethic and builds a high performing, proactive working culture on site
• In depth knowledge with building codes, standards and methodologies
• Solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Someone who enjoys overcoming challenges as a team, and contributing to a social, engaging culture and environment on site
• Able to drive outcomes and solutions and meet timelines

The Package

• Immediate interview & start pending notice period
• $150,000 - $180,000 + Super + Car
