About the role

Luxform Built is a fresh and young building company with future growth opportunities. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our architectural designed residential projects in Melbourne, Victoria. As a full-time position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our onsite work, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including supervising and directing a team of tradespeople and subcontractors

Ensure project timelines, budgets and quality standards are met through effective planning, monitoring and reporting

Liaise with clients, designers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise

Day to day communication with your director/project manager

Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing appropriate control measures to maintain a safe work environment

Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, equipment and tools to support construction activities

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

An experienced Site Manager within the construction industry with a sharp eye for detail. Will consider a working foreman or trade looking to get off the tools.

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety protocols

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
