About the role
This is a part-time administrative role, 21 hrs per week (negotiable), based in North Adelaide, SA, supporting the team at Asfalia Wealth Pty Ltd. In this pivotal position, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and contribute to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and documentation management
Manage correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Act as a point of contact for clients, answering enquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
Assist with the organisation of meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and note-taking
Assist with the invoicing and implementation of financial plans
Contribute to the maintenance and organisation of the office environment
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in an administrative or office support role
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
