At Outback Pioneers in Longreach, Queensland, we run a tourism operation including accommodation. You will be responsible for all things housekeeping.

Qualifications and previous experience:

You must have relevant qualification and 1 years experience or 3 years of work experience may substitute formal qualification. You must have experience in all operations and systems for this role as head housekeeper.

Core competencies:

· Strong people skills and public-facing presentation skills

· Comprehensive knowledge of all operational and safety requirements for housekeeping.

· Ability to head up and guide a team for all supporting tasks

· Ability to implement approved business systems.

Main responsibilities and activities:

· Maintainance and cleanliness of the facility

· Ensuring all areas meet established standards and safety standards

· Ensure all housekeeping runs smoothly and meets time requirements

· Communicate adequately any maintenance to the designated person

· Welcoming guests, checking manifests and simple administrative and record keeping tasks

· Working in close cooperation with others in the reservations team to keep all aspects running smoothly

· Strictly maintaining all safety standards and comply with our business needs

Remuneration:

$ 76 515 to $78 000 plus superannuation

This is a full-time role based in Longreach, Queensland.
