Your new role

As a Credit Control Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting regular follow-ups on overdue accounts
• Resolving any payment-related enquiries
• Working in collaboration with the finance team and other departments
• Reporting to management regarding payment and collection status
• Other ad hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Proven experience in credit control function
