The Opportunity

This full time 3-month contract role is ideal for a confident TA professional who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-growth business unit. Running from mid July through to late September and potentially beyond you'll apply your strong recruitment expertise and commercial mindset to manage end-to-end hiring across critical roles.
You'll be stepping into a well-oiled team, partnering closely with leaders to deliver impactful hiring outcomes while navigating competing priorities with pace and precision.

Specifically you will:

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume, fast-paced business unit with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and provide agile, fit-for-purpose talent solutions.
• Manage high-throughput candidate pipelines while maintaining a positive and professional experience.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent quickly.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates efficiently while balancing quality with speed.
• Support recruitment-related projects and contribute to process improvements in a high-growth environment.
• Build strong talent pools for critical roles.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and operations teams to ensure seamless candidate transitions.

About You

We’re looking for an immediately available Talent Acquisition Business Partner with a track record of success in fast-moving, mid-sized environments. You’ll be confident managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across varied business functions and thrive on balancing competing priorities at pace.
