The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced contract sales professionals to join our growing team. Whether you're a seasoned in-home field consultant or thrive in remote telesales, this role offers complete flexibility and unlimited earning potential.

Role Highlights

Commission-only structure with uncapped earnings

No minimum hours – work as much or as little as you choose

Remote role – ideal for field or phone-based consultants

Qualified leads provided by Esena Energy

Self-generated referral leads expected

Full training and systems provided

What You’ll Be Selling
Your primary focus will be on air conditioner upgrades under the VEU program – helping Victorian households switch from gas heating to energy-efficient electric systems. You’ll also be exposed to opportunities across solar, battery, and other energy efficiency solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Solar, Battery or VEU sales

Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

Ability to self-manage and work autonomously

Tech-savvy with basic CRM and digital tools

A passion for helping households reduce their energy bills
