About the opportunity

We are looking for a passionate Receptionist to give incredible customer service, support our therapists and ensure the spa is well presented. You will be managing our POS system and appointment book, responding to store customers, gift vouchers & email queries, data entry.

You will be expected to learn our complete service menu and product offering.

We are looking for someone who can think quickly, hold a positive space and be willing to learn the entire operation of our spa business. We require a confident applicant.

Note: This is not a seated role, the successful applicant will need to be able to work on their feet and have general fitness for lifting boxes of stock.

This is a part time opportunity at endota spa Albury. Current Beauty Students welcome to apply.

This is a set shift role on the following days/times:

Saturday 8:15am - 4:15pm

Additional hours can be discussed in circumstances of other staff leave or additional availability of the candidate but are not required.

Saturday shift will attract a weekend loading. All hours accumulate annual leave, personal/carers, etc leave as per standard part time role. We close Public Holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

Note: a maximum of 3 Saturdays per year will be approved as unpaid leave, any additional Saturday requiring leave will need to be taken as annual leave and will require a leave balance to do so.

About You...

1 years’ experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (experience in spa or beauty industry advantageous)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently, multitask and manage your own workload to agreed timelines

a mature personality with a can-do attitude

effective communication skills and a passion for the industry

Basic IT skills across Microsoft Word / Excel and Outlook
