Our client is seeking a full-time Air Conditioning (HVAC) Service Coordinator for their business located in Regency Park, SA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the service coordination industry where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the HVAC service operations for the company.

What you'll do

Liaise with clients to understand their HVAC service needs and requirements

Schedule and coordinate the dispatch of HVAC technicians to client sites

Maintain detailed records of service visits, work orders and client communications

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the services provided

Assist with the preparation and administration of HVAC service contracts

Provide administrative support to the wider HVAC service team as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar HVAC service coordinator or administrative role

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients

Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

Familiarity with HVAC systems and maintenance procedures

Proficient in using relevant software and computer systems (MYOB and Service M8)

A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
