CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

At Blitz Bradmac Heating & Cooling we are looking to build an extraordinary CUSTOMER SERVICE team who can exceed the expectations and needs of our customers every time! We don't just talk about customer service we live it every day!!

Role Activities

Respond to customer enquiries coming in via phone and email with urgency, professionalism and accuracy.

Create jobs and update information in our job management system.

Communicate with customers to book in service calls and site inspections.

Undertake general administrative activities.

Maintain accurate records and notes within our various software systems.

Take a pro-active approach to resolving customer issues and problems.

Engage with prospective customers to identify their needs, associated job information and match our products and services to satisfy requirements.

Provide support to our residential sales team including quotation follow up, site inspection bookings, collection of customer/job information.

We are looking for SUPERSTARS so at a minimum you will need the experience, skills and knowledge outlined below.

Prior experience in a high-volume phone/email-based customer service team

Fantastic phone, verbal and written communication skills

A real focus and capability on problem solving

Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

An understanding and desire to provide urgent and responsive enquiry resolution

Punctual, reliable, resilient and a great work ethic

Good organization and planning skills
