We're on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-driven Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer to support the financial operations of a key public sector agency in Adelaide. Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and payments in accordance with government policies and procedures

Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve payment issues

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Assist with monthly reconciliations and reporting

Contribute to ongoing process improvements in accounts payable/receivable

About You:

Proven experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable (essential)

Current National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months)

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

Proficiency in systems such as TechOne or SAP

Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills

Experience in call centres or data entry is a plus
