The Role

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, proactive, and results-driven National Franchise Support Manager to join our high-energy X-Golf & Hey Caddy Head Office team. Reporting to the National Operations Manager and working closely with the Training & Support Manager, you’ll provide hands-on support to our franchise network and help drive franchisee success across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Operations team to design and implement business strategies that drive growth

Establish and monitor performance goals, plans, and procedures

Support franchisees with operational best practices, implementing systems that lift performance, royalties, and brand passion

Build and nurture strong relationships with franchisees, acting as their trusted partner and key conduit to Head Office

Facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and alignment between franchisees and the X-Golf/Hey Caddy brand

Support the onboarding, training, and launch of new licensees

Ensure franchisees operate in compliance with the Franchise Agreement and the Franchising Code of Conduct

Monitor performance data, interpret key metrics, and act decisively to address opportunities or issues

Provide guidance on HR and people management practices, helping franchisees build high-performing teams

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive structured local area marketing initiatives

Coach and influence franchisees to achieve excellence in compliance, operations, and customer experience

Address and resolve franchisee challenges with empathy, problem-solving, and a focus on win-win outcomes

Your Skills & Experience

Extensive experience supporting or managing franchise systems, ideally in hospitality, leisure, or retail

Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence franchise operators toward higher performance

Strong commercial and operational acumen, with a track record of achieving tangible results

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand

A solid understanding of the Franchising Code of Conduct and franchise agreements
