About the Role

AAA Finance and Insurance (Australia) and its subsidiary Austrack Finance is part of the greater Westlawn Finance Group, with operations based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Our mission is to provide quick and easy finance and insurance solutions along with exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated customer service & administrator person to join our team. You will support the finance brokerage team in their daily work by providing a first point of contact for clients, take loan applications, request and collate supporting documentation and respond to enquires via email and phone.

Skills

Warm and friendly phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly

Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal

Attention to detail, highly organised with good time management

Accurate data entry skills and ability to learn and adapt

Proficient computer skills

Positive attitude and good work ethic

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.

Exposure or experience working within the Finance Industry desirable, but not essential

Duties

Make introductory outbound calls to assist the broking team in identifying clients requiring finance.

Take loan applications over the phone and request and collate supporting documentation.

Receive incoming calls & direct them to our staff.

Respond to enquiries via email and phone.

Data entry.

Range of administrative support services to the broking team.
