We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our leadership team and help take our operations to the next level.
About the Role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to support the daily operations of our licensed venue and oversee key aspects of service delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong hospitality and compliance knowledge, who thrives in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily Club operations across bar, gaming, bistro, and events
Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer experience
Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS, and other regulatory requirements
Assist with rostering, inventory management, and cash handling
Liaise with sports coordinators and support Club events and functions
Act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth operations at all times
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in a similar leadership role within a licensed Club, hotel, or hospitality venue
Current RSA and ARCG (NSW) certifications – essential
Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
Knowledge of Club operations, community engagement, and compliance standards
A flexible, hands-on approach with availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
