This one’s for a capable CA who’s done a few rounds and is ready for a step up in project size without being thrown in the deep end or excited by the chance to work with a developer builder. Take your pick.

You’ll be working on mixed-use multi-res projects, reporting to a Senior CA who is hands-on, supportive, and has extensive experience across a number of different methodologies.

The business has built its portfolio of delivered projects from the $10–15 million range into $40–50 million territory, so you’ll be exposed to more complexity, larger teams, and proper structure. Your role will cover financial tracking, procurement, and helping with forecasting and reporting. You won’t be flying solo, but you won’t be stuck doing the filing either.

The company is based in the Bayside region, so if that’s home for you, the commute will be easy. It’s a relaxed environment with a focus on getting the job done, not watching the clock. Need to head to the physio mid-morning or do school drop-off? No one’s making a scene about it. There are ten wellness days a year, and they genuinely support balance.

You’ll need a few solid years of experience as a CA, ideally with exposure to commercial or multi-residential jobs. Multi-level and basement experience will stand out. You don’t have to know everything, but you should be switched on and reliable.

Salary will sit around the $140k to $160k mark, including super, depending on experience.
