What the role looks like:

Project: $50.5M commercial/mixed-use development in Shepparton

Structure: Ground + mezz carpark, plus 5 levels (no basement)

Full end-to-end CA duties from pre-con through to handover

Regular site visits but office-based in Melbourne

Work closely with the PM and Site Manager – a well-oiled team

You’ll need to bring:

At least 3–5 years’ CA experience on commercial or mixed-use projects

Demonstrated ability to run full projects, not just slices

Strong documentation, contract negotiation, and stakeholder skills

Bonus points if you’ve worked on hotel or apartment builds
