Due to growth within the business, our client requires a contract administrator with at least 3 years experience to join their team either on a contract or permanent basis with an immediate start date available.

• Salary depends on experience (Between $100k- 110k+super based on a permanent salary or up to $50ph on a contract basis)
• Immediate start available, ideally on Monday 30th June 2025

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
• Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
• Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants

To be considered for this position you will require:

• At least 3 years experience in a similar position
• Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
• You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy
• You will also be a team player with excellent problem solving ability and attention to detail.
• MUST have Local Experience.
• Experience in Bluebeam and MS Projects
