Due to recent growth, we are seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our team. As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organisation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is able to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data

Ensure compliance with all legal requirements

Handle and respond to employee queries related to payroll

Generate reports for management and accounting purposes

Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and processes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role

Excellent knowledge of payroll processes, legislation, and regulations

Have an understanding of Modern Awards

Strong numeracy and data entry skills

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

High level of attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MYOB

Must be able to Work from 3 days a week - (preferably Mon - Wed)

Flexible to change to 5 days a weeks upon demand and can be given the opportunity to transition to Full-Time Permanent for the right candidate
