TrendPac, a proudly Australian and family-owned enterprise with over six decades of innovation, is seeking a Digital Solutions Developer to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the transformation of our supply chain and planning operations through the development of intelligent, scalable digital solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with supply chain, planning, and IT stakeholders to design and implement tools that enhance forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and production planning. This is a hands-on role with significant impact, bridging business needs with technical capabilities to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop applications, dashboards, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Automate and optimise planning, forecasting, inventory, procurement, and production processes.

Lead multi-stream transformation initiatives that align technology with strategic business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, high-impact digital solutions.

Provide training and support to end-users, and maintain documentation of best practices.

Ensure all solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with organisational standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in developing digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong understanding of supply chain and planning processes.

Proficiency in low-code development, automation, and data visualisation.

Experience with system integration, APIs, and data governance.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and operational domains.
