About the role
This dynamic role supports the Talent Team in a range of tasks such as sourcing, posting advertising, shortlisting candidates, phone screening, scheduling interviews, collecting compliance and conducting background checks. You’ll also have the chance to attend promotional events such as Career Expos.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards while continuously improving the efficiency and quality of our processes. Whether you're looking to grow your career in Talent or broaden your experience in HR, this role offers the perfect opportunity.
About you
You’ll thrive on variety and be able to confidently juggle multiple priorities while enjoying a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be adaptable, proactive and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, you will also possess:
- Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline, or studying towards is highly regarded
- Prior experience in recruitment, payroll and HR is preferred
- Systems savvy across Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A love of customer service and helping others to achieve outcomes
- Drivers licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
