This is a pool recruitment process (Ref 01171). This pool will run for a period of twelve (12) months and may be used to fill ongoing fixed term contracts, secondments, acting/relieving and permanent opportunities (full and part time).
There is currently one (1) full time position offered as a six (6) month contract/secondment opportunity with the possibility of extension
Your tertiary qualifications will determine which role and salary range is applicable to you (please see the attached Position Description Forms).
Applicants who qualify for the Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant Specified Callings Level 2 position will attract a salary range of $112,266 - $123,008.
Applicants who qualify for the Injury Management Consultant (Level 5) position will attract a salary range of $105,167 - $114,938.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
This role plans, develops, implements and evaluates challenging and complex injury management programs to enable ill and injured employees to return to their maximum vocational capacity. Depending upon the role you are appointed to, you may be under structured supervision from Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants or be required to refer to more senior practitioners for matters beyond individual understanding.
