To be successful you will have the following:

• Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Project Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered)
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager for a mid tier or upper tier Construction Company.
• D&C high rise project experience
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Commercially astute
• Tendering / ECI experience (for future projects)

Right now we are looking for a new Senior Project Manager to lead the team on a new $100m D&C High Rise Residential project in Inner Brisbane. This is a high end development with a splash of Brisbane history and heritage involved.

The ideal candidate has been a Project Manager delivering high rise projects and has the ability to both lead and mentor team members. Your sites will always be well supported and resourced properly. The preference is to have their Senior Project Managers on site with the team.
