Site Supervisor / Leading Hand — Commercial Fencing

An opportunity has been created for a motivated energetic person to make this role their own.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and drive the delivery of our fast-paced Fencing business. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded team on dynamic, high-profile projects.

An experienced Fencer / Carpenter that will drive the installation teams.

Not be afraid to get their hands dirty to complete the project on time.

A non confrontational communicator that builds confidence in the team and with clients in the field

What You’ll Be Doing:

Consulting with the Sales Team the best way to approach material selection

Consulting with Management installation time lines

Being the site contact with builders to deliver the projects

Assisting the installation teams to meet deadlines

What You’ll Get:

Base Salary $100K–$120K package depending on experience, hours and progression

Plus , OT, super + a fuel card

About You:

Experienced Fencing, Carpentry background

Interested in leadership and driving results and being rewarded for your efforts

Takes pride in doing things properly

Has integrity, accountability and a bit of old-school reliability (we like people who say what they mean and show up on time)
