We are a small, family-owned business that takes pride in serving the Southern Highlands community with a premium selection of lingerie, hosiery, sleepwear and swimwear from some of Australia's and the world's leading lingerie brands. Our team are known for their expert fitting knowledge and the time and care they take in personally fitting every client to suit their needs, lifestyle and budget.

We are looking to fill a casual 3 - 4 day a week position (including at least one weekend day a week). Our fitters are a diverse group of talented women ranging in age from 19 up to 75. We value the life experience and perspectives that this diversity brings us and our customers appreciate being helped by women that understand their needs through personal experience. This role requires lots of energy - so if you enjoy being busy all day, having fun and love to make genuine connections with your clients - then this is the perfect role for you!

Tasks & responsibilities

Fitting and selling lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear items

General stock work - filling, merchandising and preparing stock for the sales floor as well as some back of house duties like unpacking and receiving deliveries

Light cleaning and tidying

Qualifications & experience

Proven success and experience as a Retail Sales Assistant would be ideal, however experience in related customer service or caring roles would also be considered.

Bra fitting experience will be highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided.

A kind, caring and empathetic nature

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications required
