The Opportunity
We’re seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join us in a casual production role at our Taren Point facility. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Manually load and stack 20 kg bagged products

Operate bagging machinery safely and efficiently

Handle, lift and transport bags in line with OH&S standards

Monitor production schedules and meet daily output targets

Multitask and prioritise workloads to support team requirements

Maintain punctuality, personal presentation and a proactive, “can-do” attitude

Skills & Experience

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery operation

Ability to lift and carry 20 kg repeatedly throughout the shift

Demonstrated understanding of workplace health & safety (OH&S)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Forklift licence preferred but not essential

A self-starter attitude with high levels of energy and reliability
