Customer Service Team Leader – Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our customer service desk at Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the Customer Service team to deliver outstanding service
- Monitor and maintain high standards at the service desk, ensuring timely and professional customer interactions
- Liaise with centre management, security, and cleaning teams to coordinate smooth operations
- Respond to escalated customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Oversee the issuance of mobility aids (wheelchairs/scooters) and gift vouchers
- Support marketing campaigns and centre initiatives
- Ensure team compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality, with team supervision or leadership responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confident using computers and managing service desk systems
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work Sunday's
