About the role

Stella Marine Group is seeking an Operational Assistant to join our thriving team in Coomera, QLD. In this full-time role, you will provide critical support to our production, planning and scheduling operations, playing a pivotal part in the smooth running of our manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of production activities to meet customer deadlines

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges

Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation

Providing administrative support to the operations team as required

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a similar operational or production support role, ideally in the manufacturing.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, such as an ERP.

A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
