Our client is a mid sized studio with a reputation for designing and delivering hotel, apartment and residential projects of the highest quality.

Located in a spectacular office at the top of Melbourne's CBD, they have a newly created role for a technically strong Architect with exceptional detail design and documentation skills.

With a number of incredible projects in the hotel, apartment and high-end residential sectors, you'll need to have at least five plus years of exposure to similar projects, across varying scales. You must be able to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout all stages.

Key Skills, Experience and Attributes

• Master of Architecture qualification (Ideally ARBV Registered)
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Excellent Revit proficiency
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation standards/practices
• Creative approach to problem-solving and design (with a keen interest in AI applications and emerging technologies)
• Background in high-end residential/apartment/hotel projects
• Effectively manage multiple project timelines concurrently
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Bright, confident, friendly, adaptable and forward thinking
• Team-oriented attitude and proactive approach to learning
• Able to problem solve and provide solutions
