m3 Design provides a fully integrated, start to finish architectural service with the ability to design and document anything from a single high end residence to mixed use multi-storey apartment towers, medium/high density unit developments, land subdivisions and industrial business parks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Undergraduate/Postgraduate Degree in Architecture or similar
• Documentation experience – 5 years in a similar role is required as a minimum
• Must have strong proficiency with Revit and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Applicant must be a team player with strong initiative and a willingness to learn

Tasks & Responsibilities

• A comprehensive understanding of conceptual design, and the demonstrated ability to develop design through the schematic design, design development, and construction documentation stages
• Experience in managing, coordinating and motivating a design team
• Clear communication skills, in order to effectively manage relationships and correspondence between clients and contractors
• Self-motivation and excellent time-management skills
• Experience with service and structural coordination
• Experience with delivering construction services and dealing with on-site/construction related issues
