Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience leading multi-site retail teams
• Proven success managing stand-alone stores with individual $1M+ turnover
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse reports and drive business performance
• Ability to execute strategies, achieve results, and lead by example
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working at a fast pace
• A problem-solver who thrives on continuous improvement and innovation
