The Role:

As Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the store's success - leading from the floor, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll thrive working independently, inspiring your team through your love of fashion and styling.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating, and developing your team to exceed sales goals and KPIs

Delivering outstanding styling advice and building strong customer relationships

Executing visual merchandising to create an engaging, on-brand store environment

Overseeing stock management, rosters, and daily operations

Coaching and supporting your team to uphold exceptional service standards

Being the face of the brand and creating a memorable in-store experience for every customer

Skills & Experience:

Experience in retail management, ideally in apparel or accessories

A flair for fashion and a proven ability to deliver personalised styling experiences

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and achieving targets

High energy, confidence, and a vibrant, customer-first approach

Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising expertise
