But make no mistake – this isn’t a junior position. We’re looking for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on – someone who can blend operational planning with commercial insight to help drive smart, data-led decisions across the business.

What we’re looking for:

A cross-functional thinker with outstanding stakeholder skills

Proven experience in supply and demand planning, ideally in a high-volume consumer environment

Excellent trend analysis and forecasting ability

Highly skilled with data – but able to apply a commercial lens

Able to flex between detail and strategy

Great communicator with real presence – you’ll be influencing across departments

Background in beauty, retail, fashion or similar fast-moving sectors
