We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join a leading organisation in the consumer goods space. In this role, you’ll work closely with third-party logistics partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient movement of goods across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders, track delivery dates, and liaise with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate customer data and improve order processes through systems integration.
• Act as the main contact for third-party logistics operations including warehousing and final mile transport.
• Monitor and resolve logistics incidents and returns, working closely with customers and partners.
• Report on logistics metrics and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support teams.

About You:

• Proven experience in a logistics coordination role, with the confidence to operate independently from day one.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP is essential.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers and managing warehouse and transport processes.
• High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
