About the Role

Our client seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team on a long term contract . This role sits within a high-performing team responsible for delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions that support critical government functions across domestic and international operations.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and developing Salesforce-based applications, working closely with business analysts, testers, and release managers to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and plan system changes and enhancements based on business requirements.
• Translate solution designs into functional configurations and custom code.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce technologies and development best practices.
• Support quality assurance and DevOps release processes.
• Produce technical documentation for solutions and configurations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deliver enterprise-level integrated solutions.
• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration: custom Objects, Flows, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules.
• Advanced skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omnistudio, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
