• Strong skills in Concept Design and DA
• Leading the creative process at a senior level and seeing design is delivered exceeding client brief
• People skills to work fluently with external stakeholders, leading concept presentations and maintaining client relations
• Strong collaborative skills working within the in house design and project teams
• Time management skills to coordinate deadlines and established project objectives
• Both hands on and management skillsets

About you:

• Experienced in Multi Residential, Hotels and/or higher density projects
• 10+ years of studio experience in architecture in Australia.
• Proficient in Revit as primary software
• Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards
